These terms apply to every booking made with RA KASHI TRAVELS.
Bookings and payment
A booking is confirmed only once the advance is received. Quoted fares hold for seven days unless stated otherwise.
What the fare includes
Unless written otherwise, vehicle fares include fuel, driver allowance, tolls, parking and state permits. They exclude entry fees, donations, meals and anything of a personal nature.
Cancellation
More than 72 hours before departure, the advance is refunded less transaction charges. Within 72 hours, a part of the advance is retained. Air and rail tickets follow the airline and IRCTC rules and are refunded only to the extent those carriers allow.
Delays and route changes
We are not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, strikes, road closures or acts of authority. Route changes requested mid-trip may alter the fare, and we will tell you before proceeding.
Conduct
Smoking and alcohol are not permitted in our vehicles. Any damage caused to a vehicle is chargeable.
Governing law
Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts at Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.
