Cancel more than 72 hours before departure and the advance is refunded in full less transaction charges. Inside 72 hours, part of the advance is retained. Air and train tickets follow the airline or IRCTC rules.

Yes. Our quotes include fuel, driver allowance, tolls, parking and state permits unless we have written otherwise on the quote itself.
Usually 25% to confirm the vehicle and the dates. Hotel and flight bookings may need full payment at the time of issue, and we tell you before you pay.

Yes. For journeys running past 10pm we either build in a driver rest halt or assign a second driver, depending on the route.
Every vehicle in our fleet is air conditioned, and on hill or long-highway routes we confirm the AC is serviced before departure.
Varanasi and the whole of eastern Uttar Pradesh as standard, with regular runs to Prayagraj, Ayodhya, Lucknow, Bodh Gaya, Gaya, Patna and Chitrakoot. Longer charters go anywhere in North India.
